“Lots of eggs to clean up,” Washington State Patrol Trooper Rick Johnson tweeted early Tuesday morning.
State Route 18 is fully blocked between 104th Street and Tiger Mountain after an incident involving a delivery truck that spilled eggs all over the roadway.
Washington State Patrol Trooper Rick Johnson said the accident would “take a bit to clear.” The closure is near the Raging River Bridge west of Interstate 90. There were minor injuries reported.
WSP did not say exactly what happened, but the side of the delivery truck had been completely ripped open, as seen in photos from the accident.
“Lots of eggs to clean up,” Johnson tweeted.
Drivers are asked to take alternate routes.
